Pengaruh Spiritualitas di Tempat Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada UMKM di Kabupaten Dompu (Studi Kasus Oha Doku)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Spirituality in the Workplace (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Oha Doku MSMEs in Dompu Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling (census), where the entire population of 30 Oha Doku MSME employees were used as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that Spirituality in the Workplace has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. However, Work Discipline does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, the results of the F Test show that simultaneously, Spirituality in the Workplace and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that these two independent variables are able to explain 59.2% of the variation in the Employee Performance variable, while the rest is explained by other factors outside the study. These results have implications for improving employee performance at the Oha Doku MSME. Management is advised to prioritize interventions that focus on strengthening spirituality, such as building a sense of meaning, togetherness, and alignment of values, as these have been shown to be stronger drivers of performance than simply tightening disciplinary rules.
